Events and Workshops

From time to time, I offer small group workshops and facilitated spaces that explore themes related to psychological wellbeing, trauma-aware practice, and meaning-making. These events are not a substitute for individual therapy.

What to Expect

A safe container that supports, understanding, reflection, and skill-building in a group context. Depending on the event, sessions may include educational, experiential, or discussion-based elements. Some workshops may be informed by EMDR-based principles, but they are not EMDR therapy unless clearly identified as such.

Types of Events Offered

  • Trauma-aware workshops focused on stress, adaptation, and resilience

  • Structured group EMDR therapy or EMDR-informed group sessions to support stabilisation and reflection

  • Psychoeducational talks on trauma, meaning-making, and nervous system responses

  • Movement-supported or nature-based reflective workshops

  • Small group gatherings to explore identity shifts, migration, or life transitions

Group EMDR - Register Interest (Mar/Apr 2026)

Group EMDR sessions are suitable for adults who wish to work with distressing experiences in a supportive and safe group setting. It is delivered in a structured, contained, and non-narrative way, meaning there is no sharing of personal details or retelling of events. The focus is on restoring nervous-system regulation, reducing distress, and strengthening adaptive internal resources. The groups are typically 4-6 people.
